Post my reading session in the morning today, I went to the loo and put my specs on the almirah.
Moments later when I was preparing for the gym, I forgot where I kept my specs and kept on searching it
on the small table because that is precisely where it is usually kept and then went on to search for other rooms
but didn’t find it anywhere.Serenely, I asked my mind- Where did I keep my specs?Within a minute my eyes went
above realizing I kept it above almirah myself which I completely forgot and felt like in the seventh heaven.
Our mind works the same way when we face a temporary failure. Instead of thinking what went wrong,
we involve ourselves in the thought process of a previous small failure and that’s where you increase the
chances of feeling more negative. After some time, you realize it is all negative around and nothing is
working in my favor.

I am asking you to register your first small win close to your heart which could be anything like –
Gifting yourself a favorite car, fitness goal achieved, publishing a book, accolades for performance at work
or whatever which connects you to the feelings of success close to your heart.
The moment you feel about a temporary failure in your life, your mind will take you to an already
registered self-defined success in the mind and it wouldn’t let you feel pessimistic about your current situation,
instead, you try to find it out where it went wrong and that’s all is required. I am not spilling any beans
as we all know what we are capable of and it is just the matter of awareness sometimes.
