We have a swamp of distractions going in the mind which seems difficult to stop and it keeps on bombarding unless you feel good about yourself.

Don’t waste your energy on the things that don’t matter to you.The mind has the tendency to keep on wandering and you loose focus if you don’t have an aim. Believe in getting things done.
You’re so important to yourself.No one can beat you if you don’t want yourself to be beaten. The one who intimidates you has the power without knowing the enormous power you have to control and perform.
The weakest link inside will say leave from here. If you respond to it, you will never grow.
The only way you can outclass is pushing yourself harder. Stay on the ground. Let the haters feel your presence. That’s why definiteness of goal is crucial. If you don’t have a set goal, you will lose it one day.
