“When the why is strong enough, the how is easily found ” – Anonymous.
And then this happens!
People around you show you the way and you see a ray of hope. A shift of thought has so much impact on your action. An amazing feeling converted to a life’s lesson today morning and I am excited to share it with you:
2. Discipline learned from my mother: My mother is a devotee of Sikh religion. For so many years, my mother goes to Sikh temple (gurudwara) late evening, attends the chanting of Sikh prayers (kirtan) from the holy book – “Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji ” considered as our present Guru and stays back to perform services (sewa) on the premises (no sleep) and comes the next day early morning attending the early morning rituals. It’s not that she is not fond of sleeping, she is mystic and the intense affection and unconditional love for god relish her sacrifice.
4. Car wash attendant: This guy is amazing. He gets up at 3 am every day. Yes, you hear me right!! Till 9 am, he performs car washing as a part- time work. My car’s windscreen wipers are up which indicates he had come and cleaned it. Later, he takes clothes from the houses for ironing purpose as his full-time work, well supported by his wife. It’s not that he is fond of getting up early, but sacrifices his sleep to generate sufficient income to run his family. He is not rich, but he is punctual and consistent which are rare qualities you find these days.
Let me ask you now,
Do you have enough reasons to motivate yourself?
If your answer is YES to anyone, then,
